If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately with a photo of the damage.

We will gladly correct the issue with a replacement or refund (less restocking fee).

NOTE: This item is very delicate.  The wire branches may be bent slightly during shipping.  Once we receive a photo of any damage we will assess and advise if the issue can be resolved without a return.  Thank you for understanding
