How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering is quick simple. Visit the shop. If you see something you like simply add it to your cart. When you have completed your shopping follow the links to check out.
Payment and Shipping
Once payment is confirmed you will receive an email letting you know we have received your order.
Your order will be prepared, packaged and shipped within 3 business days with email confirmation of shipment.
If you request tracking, this will be provided in the shipment confirmation.
Shipping is free for local orders.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
There are a few options for completing payment ... Credit Card, Apple Pay or PayPal.
If you are local and able to pick up your purchase/have it delivered, we accept cash or etransfer
Returns & Refunds
If you receive your purchase and, within 30 days, wish to return an item, email for a return form. Once the form is completed, return it with the item. You will receive notification of receipt of the item and be notified when the refund will be available.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning gemstone jewelry take care to properly secure the items to prevent transport damage.
For damaged items, please email us for instructions (include photos of damage if possible).
